摘要
在分析企业绩效管理的基本原理、模式及方法基础上,探索中小企业员工的绩效管理方法。认为中小企业要建立高效、完善的绩效管理体系,可以从确定绩效目标与标准、确定绩效考核实施主体、确定绩效考核周期、收集信息实施绩效考核、进行绩效考核结果反馈等方面入手。
This paper explores the management methods of performance in small and medium-sized enterprises by analyzing the fundamental principles,modes and ways of business performance management,and regards that a efficient,impeccable performance management system in small and medium-sized enterprises could be set up by means of conforming the performance target and standard,the implementing subject of performance assessment,the period of performance assessment,gathering the information for carrying out the assessment and feeding back the assessment results.
