在学术规范建立的背景下,高校教师学术规范培养的条件已经具备。目前,高校教师学术规范的培养应通过学习相关学术规范政策及学术规范研究成果提高学术规范道德及学术规范意识;通过与学报等部门合作,学习相关媒体规范,掌握学术的操作性规范;改革高校学术评价规范,通过重视对学术研究过程的评价,引导学术规范习惯的养成。
