摘要
上海开埠后,各国殖民者在上海的租界空间中兴建了大量纪念碑建筑与公共雕塑像。这些首次诞生于中国的公共艺术,在殖民者共同体认同与殖民主义政治的公共象征这两个方面实现且体现了其特有的公共功能与公共性。
After Shanghai port fell into the hands of foreigners, colonialists of different countries built a lot of monuments and public statues. These public arts that were first born in China embody their unique public function and public nature in the two respects of public symbols of the common recognition and public symbols by colonialists and colonialist politics.
