摘要
分析了我国农业形势 ,指出我国食物生产近年发生了根本变化 ,农产品加工已成为制约农业发展的瓶颈 ,农产品和粮食加工的主要出路应在于餐桌主食。主食工业化应重视传统食品的调查、整理、开发 ,传统食品不仅需要运用新科技知识来提高 ,也需要对其文化功能的发掘和发扬。开发适合国情并具有中国特色的工业化食品 ,也是对付加入WTO后的重要农业战略。
The agricultural situation in our country is analyzed in this paper.It is pointed out that our food production has changed fundamentally in recent years.Agricultural products processing has already been a bottleneck which restricted the agricultural development.The primary outlet of agricultural products and grain processing is industrialization of dinning-table food.For the staple food industrialization,more attention should be paid to investigation,arrangement and development of traditional food.Traditional food needs not only enhancement with utilization of new science & technology but also exploration and development of its cultural functions.Developing industrial food which has Chinese characteristics and suits our country situation is also an important agricultural strategy dealing with the affiliation to the World Trade Organization(WTO).
