摘要
课题以浙江省湖州市农民工聚集区为调研区域,展开就业问题相关调研。基于代际差异视角分析了新生代农民工在就业中与第一代农民工存在的就业异同点,认为就业动机与影响就业因素是两代农民工群体在就业问题上的最大差异,此外,在就业行业、就业渠道上也存在若干差别。
This research, which is focused on the peasant workers gathering zone in Huzhou, analyzes the differences of employment between the peasants of the first generation and young generation under the perspective of generation gaps, and holds that the employment motivation and the factors affecting employment are the chief differences between the two peasant groups. What's more, there also exist differences between them in the trade of employment and the channel of employment.
