摘要
关注非目标语环境下EFL学习者的认知-情感需求是实现有效外语教学的必要前提。基于需求分析理论阐释了英文报刊阅读对促进大学英语教学的价值与意义,并在实践中就报刊阅读基本教学规程与操作原则提出了可行性建议,为探索大学英语教学的有效途径提供参考。
Effective foreign language learning takes place in accordance with the EFL learners' cognitive- affective needs. This paper, in light of Needs Analysis Theory, not only elaborates the significance of English newspapers reading as an auxiliary strategy, but also proposes some basic principles for instruction in classroom context, which will presumably contribute to the college English teaching and learning.
