摘要
火电厂锅炉烟气是环境空气中NOx的主要来源之一。叙述了目前国内外火电厂烟气的主要脱硝技术选择性催化还原法(SCR),分析了SCR脱硝系统中液NH3的储存与使用可能潜在的事故环境风险,总结了火电厂环评中有关液NH3环境风险评价应关注的技术要点。
Thermal power plant boiler flue gas is one of the main sources of NOx in ambient air. This paper briefly introduced the main denitration technology of selective catalytic reduction (SCR} in thermal power plant flue gas domestic and foreign at the present, analysed the potential risk in liquid ammonia storage and use of SCR denitration system, of the thermal power plant, summarized the techniques of environmental risk assessment related to liquid ammonia in environmental impact assessment we should pay attention to.
