摘要
针对110 kV变压器试验中常存在的问题,结合实例,通过套管的介损和电容量的现场测试及变压器套管结构的分析,发现套管顶端部件接触不良是引起介损严重超标的主要原因,以及有载调压开关接触点氧化造成直流电阻不合试验规程要求,针对性地提出了主变压器套管介损和绕组直流电阻现场测试和处理方法。
According to the problems in the 110 kV transformer test,combined with the examples,through the bushing dielectric loss,capacitance test and transformer bushing structure analysis,found that the casing top member poor contact is main reason caused of dielectric loss severely exceed the standard,as well as the on-load voltage regulation switch contact oxidation caused by different DC resistance test code requirements,puts forward the main transformer bushing dielectric loss and winding DC resistance testing and processing method.
