摘要
本文以智力资本为媒介论证了隐性知识对企业竞争优势的作用机理,并从隐性知识是否可显性化角度,分别阐述了可显性化和不可显性化的隐性知识对企业竞争优势的作用途径。研究指出,对于可显性化的隐性知识,企业应通过把握核心知识、提升管理体制、制度创新、完善信息技术平台等措施加以利用;对于不可显性化的隐性知识,企业应通过隐喻、潜移默化及留住人才等方法使隐性知识的作用得以最大发挥,并运用两个成功案例,进一步论证了可显性化和不可显性化的隐性知识对企业竞争优势的作用途径。
This paper demonstrates the mechanism of tacit knowledge to competitive advantage with the media of intellectual capital, and based on the perspective of explicable tacit knowledge and inexplicable tacit knowledge, it elaborates the pathway of tacit knowledge to competitive advantage. The study points out that the explicable tacit knowledge should be utilized by grasping the core knowledge, enhancing management system, institutional innovation and improving the IT platform; as for inexplicable tacit knowledge, ways like metaphor, osmosis and retaining talent should be adopted to achieve the its value. Meanwhile, two successful cases are adopted to further prove the mechanism.
