载苦参碱的魔芋葡甘聚糖多孔杂化水凝胶缓释胶囊的制备和体外释放评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的制备载苦参碱的魔芋葡甘聚糖多孔杂化水凝胶(KGM-SPHH)缓释胶囊,评价体外释药行为和释药机制。方法采用熔融法制备载苦参碱KGM-SPHH缓释胶囊。建立体外释放度测定方法,考察溶出方法、转速等条件对苦参碱释放行为的影响。评价KGM-SPHH缓释胶囊在不同释放介质中的释药情况。结果制备的载苦参碱KGM-SPHH缓释胶囊能够持续释放12 h,具有良好的缓释性能。结论 KGM-SPHH是良好的可用于胃肠道滞留给药系统的载体材料。 Objective To prepare konjac glucomannan superporous hydrogel hybrids ( KGM - SPHH) matrine sustained - release capsules, and to evaluate release behavior and drug release mechanisms in vitro. Methods KGM - SPHH matrine capsules were prepared by melting method. The in vitro release determination method was established, and the influence of the dissolution method, speed and other conditions was investigated. The release behavior of KGM - SPHH matrine capsules in different dissolution mediums was evaluated. Results The prepared KGM- SPHH matrine capsules could release for 12h, owing good sustained -release property. Conclusion KGM - SPHH could be used as the carrier materials of gastrointestinal retention drug delivery systems.
