西河水库的防洪标准不达现行规范标准,每年汛期对下游防护区构成极大的威胁,从提高防洪标准,加固坝体和溢洪道改建等方面,阐述了相应的加固措施。
The flood control standard of Xihe Reservoir is not up to the current national standard . It constitutes great threal on downstream protected region in flood season of every year.The paper states the corresponding consolidation measures from following aspects：raising flood control standard,consolidating dam body and reconstructing spillway.
