摘要
沁水县张峰水库水源工程SCADA/EMS系统建设在一个多业务、多功能的属于整个晋城市水网能源管理系统的平台框架基础上建立,以今后晋城市"数字化水务"项目的一个子项目进行设计,以安全性、先进性、实用性、通用性及可冗余性的原则作为设计导向,遵循SCADA/EMS系统的设计框架、统一的数据结构及通讯规约,为今后城市"数字化水务"奠定良好的基础。
The SCADA / EMS system of Zhangfeng Reservoir Water Project in Qinshui County is build up on the basis of a multi-service, multi-functional platform framework which belongs to water network management system of Jincheng City. Following the SCADA / EMS system design framework, unified data structure and communication pro- tocol, the system designs for a sub-project of the future Digitized Water Project of Jincheng City. It is oriented by principles of security, progressiveness, practicality, generality and redundancy and lays a good foundation for the fu- ture urban "Digitized Water Affairs".
