酪蛋白酶解产物阿片样活性的细胞生物学鉴定

Cell-biological determination on opioid peptide-like activity of casein hydrolysates

以富含δ 阿片受体的NG1 0 8-1 5杂交瘤细胞株 ,在有和无阿片特异性拮抗剂纳洛酮存在的情况下 ,与酪蛋白及其胃蛋白酶酶解消化液共同孵育。其细胞抽提液用 1 2 5I标记cAMP试剂盒进行放免测定 ,观察对细胞腺苷酸环化酶活性的影响。结果证明 ,酪蛋白经胃蛋白酶处理后有阿片样活性物质释放。

Casein and its hydrolysates by pepsin together with NG108 15 hybrid cell, which exists a great deal of δ opioid receptor, were incubated and effect on adenylate lyclase activity of this hybrid cell was examined in the presence and absence of naloxone by 125 I labeled cAMP RIA kit. The result showed that casein treated by pepsin may released opioid like activity material.
