Biologically active peptides from milk proteins and their physiological function

乳源蛋白除了营养作用外 ,还具有生物活性作用 ,这是由于其中存在着生物活性肽的缘故。这些活性作用包括 :阿片肽活性、免疫调节作用、抗高血压作用、抗凝血作用、促进金属离子 (Ca2 +、Fe2 +、Zn2 +)的吸收以及促进DNA的合成等作用。叙述了乳源蛋白中的活性肽及其生理作用。

In addition to a nutritional role, milk proteins have physiological importance and are a source of biologically active peptides. These active peptides exhibit various activities, such as opiate activity, antihypertension, immunomodulation, bioconversion of mental ions(Ca 2+ 、Fe 2+ 、Zn 2+ ),antithrombotic activity, and antibacterial properties. DNA synthesis stimulatory activity was also found in some fragments of human β casein. This review will focus on these biologically active peptides and their physiological function.
