温拌材料残留物对沥青性能的影响分析

摘要 通过对掺加沥青温拌液的三种沥青与原样沥青的针入度、软化点、延度、RTFOT老化后沥青残留物延度、粘度、与粗集料的黏附性等指标对比和对基质沥青的四组分变化及荧光显微图片的试验分析,总结出温拌残留物对沥青的性能没有造成实质性的影响,并且具有沥青抗剥落剂的作用,使集料与沥青胶结料的粘结性能得到加强。 By index comparison of penetration, softening point, ductility and ductility of the RTFOT aging asphalt residue, viscosity, adhe- sion to the coarse aggregate and four component change and analysis of fluorescence microscopy images of three kinds of asphalt mixed with different warm mix liquid and the base asphalt, it is summed up that the performance of warm mix asphalt residue did not result in a sub- stantial impact, and with asphalt anti - stripping agent, aggregate and asphalt binder performanee of the bond has been strengthened.
