摘要
厦漳跨海大桥北汊北引桥,为跨径50m的混凝土等截面连续箱梁。其中17跨位于岸滩上,9跨位于海上,墩身高度25.331~48.194m。采用下行式移动模架施工,模架主体结构在地面拼装后,通过墩顶提升系统整体提升到预定位置,在提升过程中安装模架支撑系统。该整体提升技术是解决高墩身大型构件高空拼装投入大、风险高、成本高等问题的有效方法。
North approach bridge of Xiazhang Sea - crossing Bridge was made by contant section continuous box beam of 50m span. The 17 cross is located in the beach, 9 cross is located offshore with pier height of 25. 331 - 48. 194m. Using downward moving formwork, mold structure was lifted to a predetermined position after assembled on the ground by pier top lifting system. At the process of lifting formwork supporting system was installed. The whole lifting technology is an effective method to solve the problems of high pier large component as- sembling such as high input, high risk and high cost.
