摘要
冲(钻)孔灌注桩是大型建筑和高层建筑的理想桩型,但该桩型沉渣厚度不易控制,使得单桩承载力达不到设计要求,产生严重的质量问题。通过桩端后注浆能解决、补救此工程隐患。本文介绍了灌注桩桩端后注浆施工工艺技术并且结合某一具体工程实例来说明其显著的经济效益。
The punching(drilling) pile is the ideal type of pile in large -scale and high- rise building construction. Due to difficulties of sediment thickness controlling, pile load capacity is lower than demanding. This article describes the pile end grouting construction tech- nology, and combined with a specific project example, the significant economic benefits was illustrated.
