It is generally thought that almost every literature revolution proposes emancipation of lan- guages, written systems and genres, and breaks the bondage of language form. But after the "great e- mancipation of poetry" during the New Culture Movement, the New Gelti (rules and forms of classical poetic composition) Movement led by Wen Yi-duo is just the opposite and tries to find new bondages. It is not a literary regression, but an inevitable phenomenon due to the law of human and artistic free- dom. It is of profound significance for the dialectical view of the restriction of literature form.
