摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为原料,制得α,ω-二羟基聚甲基硅氧烷基胶,再以硅树脂为补强剂、加入交联剂、催化剂和稀释剂等配制成室温硫化有机硅涂料。研究表明,α,ω-二羟基聚甲基硅氧烷的黏度选择80万~95万mPa.s,1 000 g涂料中加入6~10 g硫化催化剂T-12时,涂料的可操作化时间和完全硫化时间分别为3~6 h和24 h。该涂料用于玻璃纤维制品的涂覆,涂覆前无需脱蜡,涂覆后无需高温烘烤,涂层室温下24 h完全硫化。
α,ω-Dihydroxy dimethyl siloxane was synthesized using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane as the strating material. This α,ω-dihydroxy dimethylsiloxane was then compounded with silicone resin as the rein- forcer crosslinker, catalyst and thinner to prepare, RTV organosilicon coating. Results showed that when the viscosity ofα,ω- dihydroxy methyl siloxane was in the range of 8 × 10^5 mPa.s - 9.5×10^5 mPa's, and with 6 10 g catalyst T- 12 into 1000 g coatings, the operation time and completely curing time of the coating was 3 - 6 h and 24 h, respectively. The coating is suitable for treating glass fiber products, and it's not necessary to clear away the wax on the surface of glass fiber before coating, and no baking after coating is needed. It can cure completely at room temperature.
