改革开放以来,党的发展思想随着实践的变化而不断与时俱进,推动着我国经济社会的发展。在发展的内涵上,从邓小平全面又有所侧重的发展观到胡锦涛全面协调可持续发展;在发展动力方面,邓小平开创了改革动力论,江泽民和胡锦涛提出和完善了创新动力论;在区域发展思想上,经历了"邓小平非均衡发展思想-江泽民非均衡协调发展思想-胡锦涛均衡协调发展思想"的演变。

Since reform and opening--up, the party＇s development thought develops and innovates with the development of the practice, which promotes the development of our economy and society. Development connotation varies from relatively com- prehensive but focused on economy to the full and comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. On the develop- ment power, they bring out the reform power and innovative power theory. Our regional development policy experiences the e- volution from a non--balanced development,non--balanced and coordinated development to balanced development.
