The culture of ＂Home harmony＂ has passed through a stage from spontaneity to consciousness, from fragment to system, from development to innovation and from pregnancy to maturity. Experiences and inspiration can be gained from the development process： only by rooting in the base from the bottom up can the corporate culture keep its vitality,only by grasp- ing the spirit of the culture during its construction can the corporate culture serves as an encouragement,only by insisting on guiding by leaders and involvement of people can the corporate culture enhance the infectivity. Corporate culture has to be sys- tematic and complete to exert a subtle influence,and corporate culture needs a sound system to insure its implement.
