600MW机组轴系振动分析及处理

摘要 华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司#1机组轴系出现了振动偏大问题,对产生振动的原因进行了分析,认为轴系质量不平衡是振动的主要原因。在采取了低压Ⅱ转子两端末级叶轮及低压Ⅱ/发电机转子联轴器动平衡配重措施后,在满负荷稳定运行时,轴系振动均小于70μm,达到了国家标准规定的优良指标。 The shafting vibration of the unit No.1 in Baotou Power Generation Branch of Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Company Limited was larger.The reason of the larger vibration was analyzed;and it was considered that the main reason of the vibration is mass unbalance of the shafting.In last stage blade in the two ends of the low-pressure II rotor and the coupler between the low-pressure II and the generator rotor,the dynamic balance weight measures were adopted.In stable operation of the system with full load,the shafting vibration is less than 70 μm,which achieved the good index specified in relevant national standard.
