The cracks occurrence in outlet end cover of mill A of boiler No.5 in a power plant was introduced.Aiming at current situation,relevant emergency measures were adopted,the crack extension had been controlled effectively,and normal operation of the equipment was ensured.Later on,a concrete scheme was formulated and the end cover was replaced;and the safe and stable operation of the mill was ensured.
