摘要
针对传统意义的滚动轴承难以满足大尺寸热磨机工作时两磨盘间隙的控制要求和载荷要求的问题,设计液体静压径向止推轴承作为热磨机主轴前轴承。进行了采用扭板节流器形式的液体静压径向和双向止推联合轴承的结构设计,对轴承所需供油压力和流量进行了计算和选择,同时得出了主轴理论径向和轴向位移量。
For the problem that the traditional rolling bearing is difficult to meet the control requirements of the two-disc gap and load requirements of the big size defibrator,In this paper,the hydrostatic radial and thrust bearing to work as the front bearings of the defibrator spindle is designed.Designing the structure of hydrostatic radial and bidirectional thrust bearing with twisted plate restiactor,calculating and choosing the the required oil pressure and flow of the Bearing,and finally,working out the theoretical radial displacement and axial displacement of the spindle.
