摘要
以杨木刨花、再生热塑性聚乙烯塑料和杨木单板为主要原料,通过热压工艺制备木刨花/再生塑料夹芯复合胶合板。结果表明,当用硬脂酸锌做为界面相容剂,其加入量为1%,复合材料密度为0.70g/cm3,再生聚乙烯塑料和木刨花的比例为4:6,热压时间12min,热压温度120℃时,板材各项性能达到最佳值,并经优化验证,确定了最优的制板工艺参数。
Using poplar shaving,recycled polyethylene and poplar veneer as primary raw materials,wood-plastic sandwich composite veneer were prepared by hot-pressing process.The test results of the wood particle/waste plastic sandwich composite plywood's physical and mechanical properties showed that the performance of the composite veneer would achieve the best value with 1% zinc stearate interface compatibility agents and 0.70 g/cm3 composite materials density when the ratio of polyethylene plastics and recycled wood particle was 4:6,the pressing time was 12 min and the pressing temperature reached 120℃.
