阻燃豆胶胶合板制备与性能研究 被引量:1

Study on the preparation and properties of retardant soy protein adhesive plywood

摘要 采用实验室自制大豆蛋白胶粘剂、BL阻燃剂及杨木单板,制备环保型阻燃胶合板,研究了阻燃剂浓度及浸渍处理方法对胶合板性能的影响。研究结果表明,利用大豆蛋白胶粘剂胶接阻燃剂处理的单板,能够制备出力学性能和阻燃性能良好的胶合板;利用阻燃剂处理大豆蛋白胶粘剂胶接的胶合板,能够赋予胶合板良好的阻燃性能,同时不降低胶合板力学强度。 In this paper,environmental friendly flame-retardant plywood was prepared with laboratory-made soy protein adhesive,BL flame retardant,and poplar veneer.The effects of flame retardant concentration and impregnation methods on the performance of plywood were investigated.The results indicated that the plywood manufactured with flame retardant treated veneer showed good mechanical properties and flame retardancy.The plywood treated by flame retardant improved its flame retardancy without loss of bonding strength.
