简要介绍了一种用于铝熔炉的旋转式蓄热器的工作原理和蓄热体特点,并对其与在生产应用中相对传统的换向式蓄热器的技术特点和数据对比分析。在生产实际应用中,相对于传统的换向式蓄热技术,旋转式蓄热技术的熔炼速率提高了8.8%,能源利用率增加11.7%。
This article introduces the working principle of Rotary heat regenerator in aluminum smelters and the characteristics of the Rotary heat regenerator and analyzes its technical characteristics and data in the production of application compared to the traditional change of the regenerator. In practical application relative to the traditional exchange of the type storage technology, the melting rate of the new rotary regenerators has been increased by 8.8%, the energy efficiency has been increased by tl.7%, energy consumption of per ton product has been reduced by 18.41kgce.
