焊接钢管引熄弧板自动切割机主要用于直缝焊管引熄弧板的切割作业,直缝埋弧焊管在内外焊接工序之后,钢管通过横移车运送到该引熄弧板自动切除工序,通过旋转辊、切割小车、等离子切割设备进行引熄弧板的自动切除,提高引熄弧板切割质量和生产效率,降低生产成本,优化工作环境,降低工人的劳动强度。针对引熄弧板自动切割机的设计,从切割方式选择、等离子切割电源和附件选型、引熄弧板自动切割工艺布置、切割机的结构设计等进行了详细阐述。

The automatic cutting machine of welded pipe run on/off tab is mainly used for cutting run on/off tab. After inside and outside welding, SAWL pipe was handled to the next process by transverse moving cart, and the run on/off tab was cut automaticlly through rotate roll, cutting trolley, and plasma cutting equipment. Through improving cutting quality and production efficiency, it can decrease production cost, optimize working environment, reduce labor intensity of intensity.
