摘要
煤炭用管道输送相比铁路运输不仅物流成本低,而且高效环保。过去浆体(煤浆、矿浆等)管线采用石油天然气管线X系列钢种,其不足之处是耐磨性差,因而开发浆体管线专用钢势在必行。叙述了煤浆输送管线用WJ65板卷/HFW钢管研制的经过、成果及行业评审结论,这一浆体管线专用钢WJ65的成功研制,对国内煤浆输送专用钢的应用具有推进作用。同时指出,HFW焊管是浆体输送管线的最佳管型。在直径超过Ф660 mm和壁厚大于18 mm时也可以采用直缝埋弧焊管。
Using pipeline to transmit coal not only is with low costs, but also is with high efficient and environment protection. In the old days, adopting petroleum and gas pipeline which was processed by using X series steel to transport slurry (coal pulp, sludge and others), its insufficiency was resisting abrasion, therefore, it is necessary to develop special-purpose steel for slurry pipeline. In this article, it introduced the course, achievement and evaluation result of research on WJ65 coiled sheet/HFW steel pipe used for transporting coal pulp, and the successful development of WJ65 steel will promote application of special-purpose steel for coal pulp transportation in China domestic. Meanwhile, it pointed out HFW pipe is the best one for slurry transportation, it also can adopt SAWL pipe while OD exceeds 660 rum and WT is above 18mm.
