摘要
利用与气制油具有较好互溶性的有机酸NAA分别与具有多反应节点的链状有机胺NAM-1和NAM-2发生酰胺化反应,制备了气制油基钻井液用抗高温主、辅乳化剂。采用FTIR、乳化率、电稳定性和气制油钻井液配方对主、辅乳化剂进行了表征和性能评价,结果表明:在主、辅乳化剂的合成过程中发生了酰胺化反应,该梳型弧状乳化剂分子量较传统的乳化剂大幅度增大;主、辅乳化剂总加量为2%(配比为1∶1)时配制的气制油包水乳液,在220℃的高温条件下乳化率为83%,破乳电压为508 V;主、辅乳化剂加量均为25 kg/m3时配制的密度为2.3 g/cm3的气制油基钻井液,在温度为220℃时破乳电压为1 048 V。说明制备的乳化剂具有良好的乳化和抗高温性能。
The primary and secondary emulsifiers used in GTL (gas-to-liquid) based drilling fluid are developed by organic acid NAA,organic amine NAM-1 and NAM-Z From the methods of FTIR,emulsion ratio,electric stability,drilling fluid formulation,the emulsifiers are characterized and evaluated.The evaluation results show that amidation happens with synthesis of primary/secondary emulsifiers.At the temperature of220 ℃,the emulsion ratio ofwater-in-GTL oil emulsion is 83% and the electric stability is 508 V with the total amount of primary and secondary emulsifier is 2% .When the amount of primary and secondary emulsifier both are 25 kg/cm3,the electric stability is 1,048 V at 220 ℃ with the GTL based drilling fluid density of 2.3 g/cm3.
