摘要
富集式堵漏剂是一种集合多种封堵机理的堵漏材料,具有封堵颗粒多样,粒径级配广的特点,针对不同尺寸的裂缝和孔隙,其组分能自动进行封堵。对于大于封堵材料尺寸的裂缝(洞),富集式堵漏剂中特有的富集网能改变漏失通道状态,富集封堵颗粒,解决漏层对堵漏材料的选择效应,达到止漏目的。通过室内实验优选和现场试验,优选出适用不同裂缝尺寸范围的富集式堵漏剂。现场应用表明,富集式防漏堵漏剂能成功应用于堵漏施工,提高钻遇地层的承压能力。
The concentrated LCM has the characteristics of wide size-distribution and vast plugging particles,which can seal the different sizes fractures automatically.To the fractures larger than the concentrated LCM,a special concentrated net can be built up to alter leakage channel conditions and concentrate plugging particles.Filed applications indicate that the concentrated LCM used for plugging work successfully and it can improve the pressure containment of formations.
