摘要
井壁存在的泥饼直接影响固井质量,减少泥饼的量能提高界面胶结强度。通过综合应用物理冲刷和化学冲洗作用,优选出一种RC型冲洗液。性能评价结果表明,硼酸比醋酸更有利于提高冲洗液的冲洗效率,其适宜加量为7%;该冲洗液流变性良好,对基浆、三磺和聚合物钻井液的冲洗效率均在80%以上,使界面胶结强度提高30%以上。此外,通过电镜分析,对冲洗机理和界面胶结强度提高的原因进行了微观分析。
It is known that less mud cake higher cementing quality,in this paper,the performances of RC flushing fluid are evaluated,and the results show that boric acid has better flushing efficiency than acetic acid with the content of 7%,moreover,the flushing fluid has good rheology and the flushing efficiency is more than 80%,also the cementing strength can be improved by over 30%,at conditions of bentonite,polysulfonate and polymer drilling fluid systems.Furthermore,the mechanisms of higher flushing efficiency and interface cementing strength are analyzed by EM.
