1927年9月至1937年9月是中共开展苏维埃运动时期,1930年1月至1934年10月是中央苏区创建的辉煌时期。在中央苏区的创建过程中,共产国际起了巨大的积极作用:斯大林中国革命"三阶段"论,是中央苏区创建的重要理论根据;共产国际"农村中心"策略,是中央苏区创建的重要政策支持;共产国际采取的相关举措,是中央苏区创建的重要推动力量。但是,斯大林中国革命"三阶段"论、共产国际指示和决策的"左"倾、共产国际代表李德的错误军事指挥,也给中央苏区的创建带来了无法估量的消极影响。历史地、科学地评价共产国际在中央苏区创建过程中的功过是非,对正确评价共产国际与中国革命的关系,正确总结历史经验,具有重要的学术价值、理论价值和现实意义。

The time from Sep.1927 to Sep.1937 is a period of the CPC＇s Soviet Movement,while years between Jan.1930 and Oct.1934 is the glorious time of founding Central Soviet Base Area.Stalin＇s three-stage theory is its theoretical basis,the Communist International＇s country-centered strategy is as its policy support and the Communist International＇s measures is as its driving force.However,Stalin＇s three-stage theory,the Communist International＇s wrong instructions,left-leaning decision and Li De＇s military command played negative roles in the founding of Central Soviet Base Area.The fair and scientific evaluation of the Communist International＇s role in this period is of great academic,theoretical and realistic value to the evaluation of relation of Chinese revolution and the Communist International.
