摘要
采用静置提拉法制备了聚酰亚胺(PI)/聚全氟乙丙烯(F46)复合薄膜,并考察了复合薄膜的热性能、力学性能和表面形貌。研究结果表明:PI与F46能很好结合;与纯PI薄膜相比,PI/F46复合薄膜的力学性能有所下降;PI/F46复合薄膜的热膨胀系数为60.01×10-6K-1,其热稳定性明显高于纯F46薄膜。
A polyimide(PI)/perfluoroethylene-propylene copolymer(F46) composite film was prepared by static pulling method, and the thermal properties, mechanical properties and surface morphology of composite films were investigated. The research results showed that the PI and F46 can be well combined. The mechanical properties of PI/F46 composite film were lower than those of pure PI film. The thermal expansion coefficient of PI/F46 composite film was 60.01×10^-6K^-1,and the thermal stability of PI/F46 composite film was obviously higher than that of pure F46 film.
