摘要 以三聚氰胺作为改性剂,制备MUF(三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛共聚树脂)胶粘剂;然后以最终n(F)/n(U)比例、缩聚阶段n(F)/n(U1)比例和三聚氰胺加入量为试验因素,采用二次回旋正交旋转组合设计法探讨了合成工艺参数对MUF胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明:游离甲醛含量、胶接强度和甲醛释放量的回归方程是显著的,也是可拟合的;游离甲醛含量主要受到n(F)/n(U)比例的影响,而胶接强度和甲醛释放量则受到三种因素交互作用的影响,并且这些影响既显著又复杂;当n(F)/n(U)=1.3、n(F)/n(U1)=1.9和w(三聚氰胺)=16%时,胶合板的胶接强度达到GB/T 9846—2004标准中I类板的指标要求,甲醛释放量达到GB/T 9846—2004标准中E1级指标要求。 A MUF(melamine-urea-formaldehyde copolymerization resin) adhesive was prepared with melamine as modifier. Then,with final molar ratio of n (F)/n (U),molar ratio of n (F)/n (Ul) in polycondensation stage,andmelamine content as experiment factors,the influences of synthesis process parameters on i〉ropcrties of MUF adhesive were discussed by secondary convolutions orthogonal rotation design.
