摘要
2007年师范生免费教育政策在6所部属师范院校开始实施,免费师范教育成为一个热点话题,2011年第一届免费师范生毕业,师范教育和免费政策再次成为人们关注的热点。文章从教育公平的角度对这一政策进行分析,针对其中凸显的不公平问题提出一些政策建议,以期师范生免费教育政策能在实施过程中进一步完善,达到促使整个社会教育均衡发展和教育公平的目的。
In 2007, free normal education policy was implemented in the 6 normal universities under Ministry of Education and free normal education has become a hot topic. The first free normal students graduated in 2011, which made this topic the focus of attention again. The au- thor analyzes this policy from the perspective of educational equity, puts forward some policy suggestions in order to promote its further develop- ment in the process of implementation, hence to promote balanced educational development and achieve the purpose of educational equity.
