摘要
在高校教育绩效评价中引入360度绩效考评法,是学校人力资源管理的一个有益尝试,也符合教育评价机制改革的基本要求。进行360度教学质量考评有利于强化教学过程的团队精神和增强教师的自我发展意识。文章具体阐述评价过程的三个阶段,并进行全方位教学质量评价指标体系构建及权重设计。
360-degree performance evaluation applied in the university performance evaluation is a ttseful attempt of human resources management, which is also in line with the basic requirements of the reform of the educational evaluation.360- degree teaching quality assess- ment can help to strengthen the team spirit of the teaching process and to enhance teachers' awareness of self- development. This paper describes the three stages of the evaluation process in detail, and then constructs the comprehensive index system of teaching quality evaluation and fulfills its weight designing.
