大跨径公路桥梁应急保障措施研究

Study of the Emergency Support Measures for Large-Span Highway Bridges

确保战时灾时公路网完好畅通,保障桥梁正常运营是关键环节。结合工作实践和相关资料,对大跨径公路桥梁应急保障措施进行了研究:要依据不同桥梁特点,确立不同保障重点;要针对不同损毁程度,实施不同保障技术措施;并提出对保障技术需提升、要加强平战相结合的保障应急体系建设,以提高快速反应和处置能力。

To ensure the smooth passage of highways during wartime and natural disasters,ensuring the normal operation of bridges is the key.With our work practice and relevant information taken into account,studied in the paper are the emergency support measures for long-span highway bridges,which include determining different support key points according to the different characteristics of specific bridges and performing different technical support measures according to their different degrees in damage.Besides,the necessity of improving the present support measures and strengthening the construction of the wartime-and-peacetime-combined emergency support system is also put forward to improve our quick-response and quick-handling capability.
