With the characteristics of highway-transporting military explosive cargo being much demanding in safety standards,involving many factors,and being very difficult in organization taken into account,a qualitative and quantitative analysis is made of the potential hazard sources in the course of highway-transporting it with the fault-tree theory in the paper,with all the important degrees of each inductive factors clarified.The paper may provide a theoretical reference for troops to finish the missions of highway-transporting military explosive cargo.
