摘要
目的:建立以5个特征成分为对照的龙血竭HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Phenomenex lura C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长306nm。结果:不同厂家的12批龙血竭的指纹图谱相似度在0.95以上,确定了12个共有峰,并通过对照指认了白藜芦醇、紫檀茋、龙血素A、龙血素B、7,4,-二羟基黄酮共5个特征性化学成分。结论:建立的分析方法能同步检测出龙血竭中茋类、二氢查耳酮类及黄酮类的特征性成分,为更全面评价其质量提供依据。
Objective: To establish a fingerprint compared with characteristic ingredients of Resina Draconis by RP-HPLC.Methods: The samples were separated on a Phenomenex luna C18 column with gradient elution of methanol-acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min and detected at 306nm.Results: The similarity of Resina Draconis fingerprints from different company was better,the total 12 characteristic peaks were selected,and five major characteristic ingredients in Resina Draconis can be detected simultaneously,which named resveratrol,7,4'-dihydroxyflavone,loureirin A,loureirin B and pterostilbene.Conclusion: The fingerprints can be used as a control method of stilbenes,dihydrochalcones and flavones in Resina Draconis.
