大肠经穴与非穴的氧分压和微循环血流灌注量的比较及针刺的影响 被引量:21

Comparison of partial oxygen pressure and microcirculatory blood perfusion between acupoint and non-acupoint of Large Intestine Channel

摘要 目的:探讨手阳明大肠经线穴与非穴相关组织的能量代谢特点。方法:沿手阳明大肠经脉循行线上取6个测试点,测试深度为皮下1.5cm。其中穴位组为4个穴位(臂臑、手五里、手三里、上廉),非穴位组为2个经上非穴位点(曲池-臂臑中点、手三里上1寸)。连续记录60min,观察电针前、电针合谷穴时及电针后氧分压和微循环血流灌注量的变化情况。结果:①正常生理状态下,穴位组氧分压显著性高于非穴位组(P<0.05);电针合谷穴时,穴位组与非穴位组的氧分压均显著降低(P<0.01);电针后,穴位组与非穴位组的氧分压与电针期间比较均无差异,但与电针前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),穴位组的氧分压降低幅度显著性高于非穴位组(P<0.05)。②正常生理状态,穴位组微循环血流灌注量与非穴位组比较无统计学差异;电针合谷穴时,微循环血流灌注量与电针前比较有增加趋势;电针后,微循环血流灌注量恢复,但无统计学差异,穴位组与非穴位组比较,微循环血流灌注量的变化幅度也无统计学差异。结论:经络可能是一条具有多元结构的物质、能量和信息转换和传递的通道,它作为一个整体调控人体的各项功能。在这个通道上还存在着某些特殊的节点(腧穴),在这些节点上有着更高的氧供,并在经络调控过程中承担着更为重要的作用。 Objective: To probe the characteristics of energy metabolism in acupoint and non-acupoint of Large Intestine Channel in 60 volunteer subjects.Methods: Select 6 testing spots along Large Intestine Channel,1.5cm beneath skin.Four of them are acupoints,which are Binao(LI 14),Shouwuli(LI 13),Shousanli(LI 10) and Shanglian(LI 9),While the other two are non-acupoints,which are the middle point of the line between Quchi(LI 11)and Binao(LI 14) and the point one-cun above Shousanli(LI 10) along the Channel.The testing indexes are kept under observation for 60min simultaneously.Results: ①Under normal state,the partial oxygen pressure of Acupoint are higher than of non-acupoint in deep tissues along Large Intestine Channel(P0.05).When giving stimulus of electro-acupuncture on Hegu(LI 4),the partial oxygen pressure on testing spots along Large Intestine Channel decrease very significantly(P0.01) compared to that before giving stimulus.After acupuncture,the partial oxygen pressure does not have any statistic difference in comparison with that during acupuncture,but has very significant statistic difference(P0.01) when compared to that before acupuncture,and the decrement of the partial oxygen pressure in acupionts has statistic difference in comparison with in non-acupoints.②Under normal state,the microcirculatory blood perfusion in acupionts does not have any statistic difference in comparison with in non-acupoints.When giving stimulus of electro-acupuncture on Hegu(LI 4) the microcirculatory blood perfusion increases,and after acupuncture the microcirculatory blood perfusion decreases,but does not have any statistic difference.And the decrement of the microcirculatory blood perfusion neither in acupionts nor in non-acupoints changes significantly during acupuncture and after acupuncture.Conclusion: The meridian could be a certain channel related to transforming and transmitting of meterial,energy and informtion.The meridian,as a whole to regulate the functions of the human body,could be a certain channel related to transforming and transmitting of material,energy and information.In this channel,there are some special points(acupoint) which have more oxygen and be an important role in the meridian.There are some points which have more oxygen and be an important role in the meridian.
