清热祛浊胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征的临床研究

Clinical research on the Qingrequzhuo Capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with matabolic syndrome

目的:观察应用清热祛浊胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征的疗效。方法:治疗组69例,服用吡格列酮片+清热祛浊胶囊治疗;对照组38例,单用吡格列酮片。3个月后观察指标变化。结果:两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、甘油三酯(TG)、收缩压(SBP)下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高;治疗组舒张压下降、血尿酸下降;且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗组空腹胰岛素(ISN)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白下降幅度大于对照组;体质量(W)、体质量指数(BMI)增加的幅度较小;但无显著差异。结论:从痰湿瘀热立论组方的清热祛浊胶囊可以改善2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者的高血糖、血脂异常、高血压、高尿酸血症等多种心血管危险因子;可能降低高胰岛素血症和肥胖程度。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Qingrequzhuo Capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with metabolic syndrome.Methods： 69 patients in the treatment group took Qingrequzhuo Capsule and Pioglitazone,and 38 patients in the control group took Pioglitazone only.And we observed the change of indicators after 3 months.Results： In the treatment group and control group,the FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,TG,HDL and SBP had increased significantly.In the treatment group,the DBP and UA decreased.And the result of treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there were significant statistical difference（P0.05,P0.01）.The drop of INS,TC and LDL in the treatment group were more than those in the control group,the increase of weight,BMI were smaller,but there were no statistical differences（P0.05）.Conclusion： The Qingrequzhuo Capsule,which make a point through the phlegm,dampness,stasis and heat syndrome,can improve cardiovascularrisk factors of type 2 diabetes combined with metabolic syndrome patients,such as hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,and so on;and also can decrease the degree of hyperinsulinemia and obesity.
