大鼠腰椎亚脱位模型刚度及其脊髓前角尼氏小体变化研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察大鼠腰椎亚脱位动物模型脊柱造模节段刚度及其脊髓前角尼氏小体的变化。方法:将36只体质量350-450g雄性SD大鼠按连接时间随机分到2、4、8和12周4组。通过植入外部连接固定系统进行造模。在各连接时间结束,脊柱刚度测试系统检测模型大鼠造模节段刚度,焦油紫染色观察相应脊髓前角尼氏小体。结果:刚度检测结果显示亚脱位模型大鼠脊柱造模节段刚度随连接时间的延长而增加。相应节段脊髓前角尼氏小体减少,甚至溶解消失。结论:外部连接固定系统诱导的大鼠腰椎亚脱位模型,可导致大鼠造模节段刚度增加及脊髓前角神经元尼氏小体病变。 Objective: To observe variation of stiffness and Nissl of ventral horn of spinal cord of the rat lumbar subluxation model.Methods: 36 male SD rats were randomly allocated into four groups of 2,4,8 and 12 weeks respectively according to the externally linked fixation time.Then the externally linked fixation system were implanted all groups.At the end of every linking time,the stiffness in all groups would be measured by spine stiffness test system,and Nissl of ventral horn of spinal cord was observed by dyeing of cresyl violet.Results: Stiffness in experimental groups tended to increase with linking time.The relative Nissl of ventral horn of spinal cord was decreasing,even dissolution.Conclusion: The subluxation model by externally linked fixation system may result in increasing of stiffness and lesion of Nissl of ventral horn of spinal cord,which was associated with time.
