复方血栓通对早期糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

Clinical observation on early diabetic retinopathy with Compound Xueshuantong Capsule

目的:评价复方血栓通对白内障合并非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的视力、眼底、房水中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达差异以及黄斑厚度的影响,探讨复方血栓通改善眼底的作用以及抑制糖尿病视网膜病变网膜新生血管的可能性。方法:57例白内障合并非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的患者随机分成两组,药物组(A组)30例、对照组(B组)27例。两组患者在接受糖尿病药物治疗的情况下,A组术前服复方血栓通胶囊3个月,B组不另外服药。两组患者在行白内障手术时取术眼房水100μL,治疗前后定期观察两组患者视力、眼底情况、VEGF浓度以及视网膜黄斑厚度差异。结果:与B组比较,A组患者眼底稳定无加重,房水中血管内皮生长因子浓度明显下降,视网膜黄斑厚度数值减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方血栓通能改善非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者的眼底情况,降低房水中血管内皮生长因子浓度,有效减轻黄斑水肿。

Objective： To observe the effects of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule on early diabetic retinopathy.Methods： 57 patients with cataract and early diabetic retinopathy were divided into two groups randomly： 30 cases were treated by Compound Xueshuantong Capsule for 90 days,and 27 cases had no treatment.90 days later all patients would be detected the level of VEGF in aqueous humour when they were performed phacoemulsification with iol implantation.And therapetic effects of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule were also evaluated by fundus findings,fundus fluorescein angiography and visual acuity.Results： The level of VEGF in aqueous humour in treated group were significantly lower than those in control group（P0.05）;the number of microaneurysm and hard exudation decreased obviously in treated group than before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion： Compound Xueshuantong Capsule can improve the ischemic of retina and the fundus findings in early diabetic retinopathy.It also can reduce the number of microaneurysm and the level of VEGF in aqueous humour.
