摘要
从使命愿景、核心价值观、文化特性、行为识别、视觉识别五个维度,构建了企业文化评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定了所构建的评价指标体系中各评价指标的权重,并以某企业为例,采用模糊综合评价的方法对其企业文化在所构建的评价指标体系下进行了综合评价研究.
In this paper we put forward an enterprise culture index system from mission vision, the core values, cultural characteristics, behavior identification and visual identification five di- mensions, and use analytic hierarchy process to define the weight of every evaluation index in the constructed evaluation index system. Finally, taking an enterprise as an example, we using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method conduct the comprehensive evaluation research on enter- prise culture under the constructed evaluation index system.
