摘要
目的考察烘制法与常规炮制工艺对杜仲药效成分的影响。方法采用烘制、砂烫、煅炭的炮制方法,对成品收率、绿原酸含量、水溶性浸出物进行比较实验。结果烘制法炮制杜仲工艺以断丝为度,用温度计控制温度,受热均匀,减少了炭化的损失,温度达180~200℃范围内,可使杜仲丝片达到炮制要求,缩短了炮制过程中的受热时间,减少了药效成分的破坏。烘制法平均收率为84.25%,而砂烫杜仲平均收率为76.63%,炒杜仲炭平均收率为64.18%,烘制杜仲收率高于炒杜仲炭20.07%。烘制法炮制杜仲的绿原酸含量高于砂烫杜仲和炒杜仲炭,其由高到低的顺序为烘制杜仲≥砂烫杜仲≥炒杜仲炭;三者的水溶性浸出物含量比较基本一致。结论烘制法炮制杜仲操作简便,条件容易控制,不论在成品收率还是对药效成分的影响均好于常规砂烫、煅炭炮制工艺,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the influence on the potency components of eucommia ulmoides between baking processing method and conventional processing technology.Methods The baking,sand burning and calcining carbonization processing methods were adopted separately in the experiment for the comparison of product yield,chlorogenic acid content and soluble extract.Results The filament break was applied to determine the baking processing technology of eucommia ulmoides.The thermometer was used to control temperature and ensure well-distributed heating so as to reduce the loss of carbonization.In 180~200 ℃,the filaments of eucommia ulmoides could meet the processing requirements.It shortened the heating time and reduced the destruction of potency components in processing.The average yield was 84.25% with baking processing method,was 76.63% with sand burning processing method and was 64.18% with calcining carbonization method.The result with baking processing method was higher than that with calcining carbonization method by 20.07%.The chlorogenic acid content with baking processing method was higher than that with sand burning processing method and calcining carbonization method separately,the result list from high to low:baking processing method≥sand burning processing method≥calcining carbonization method.The content of soluble extract was basically same among the three methods.Conclusion The baking processing method of eucommia ulmoides is simple in operation and easy in condition controlling.The effect on either product yield or potency components is better than that with conventional sand burning and calcining carbonization processing technology separately.Consequently,this method deserves to be promoted.
