非手术中西医综合疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

Clinical Research of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Treated with Non-Surgical Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探讨非手术中西医综合疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法将376例确诊为DPN的患者随机分为中西医综合疗法治疗组(简称治疗组)、中西药结合对照组、西药对照组三组。治疗组采用自拟多囊导消汤加味、腹针、达英-35、二甲双胍、HCG联合应用,中西药结合对照组按治疗组治疗方法减去腹针治疗,西医对照组按照治疗组治疗方法减去中药及腹针治疗。观察三组患者性激素(LH、FSH、E2、T、PRL)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂(TC、TG、LDL、HDL)等指标。结果三组治疗前后性激素、胰岛素、血脂、排卵等比较,治疗组疗效显著,中西医结合对照组疗效一般,西药对照组疗效较差(P<0.05)。结论采用非手术中西医综合疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征,疗效显著,能明显及快速调节多囊卵巢综合征患者的内分泌、代谢、排卵功能,改善患者的健康状态。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）treated with non-surgical integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods 376 cases of diabetes peripheral neuropathy（DPN）were randomized into a treatment group,an integrated Chinese and western medicine control group and a western medicine control group.In the treatment group,the self-prepared modified duonang daoxiao tang,abdominal acupuncture,diane-35,melbine and HCG were applied in combination.In the integrated Chinese and western medicine control group,the therapeutic methods were applied as the treatment group except abdominal acupuncture.In the western medicine control group,the therapeutic methods were applied as the treatment group except Chinese herbal medicine and abdominal acupuncture.The levels of sexual hormones（LH,FSH,E2,T and PRL）,FGB,FINS and blood lipid（TC,TG,LDL and HDL）were observed for the patients in three groups.Results In comparison of sexual hormones,insulin,blood lipid,ovulation and the others before and after treatment in three groups,it was discovered that the efficacy was significant in the treatment group,was fair in the integrated Chinese and western medicine control group and was poor in the western medicine control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The non-surgical integrated Chinese and western medicine achieves the significant efficacy on PCOS.It adjusts apparently and rapidly the endocrinal,metabolic and ovulatory functions of the patients with PCOS and improves the healthy state of the patients.
