渐开线齿轮参数化三维造型研究

摘要 根据渐开线齿轮齿廓形成的原理,推导了齿轮渐开线部分和齿根过渡曲线的精确数学模型。利用MATLAB软件对渐开线和过渡曲线方程进行参数化编辑并输出它们的曲线,验证了方程的正确性和参数驱动的可行性。结合实例,给出了UG软件中实现圆柱齿轮三维参数化建模的方法及齿轮参数模型。 The mathematical models of the tooth profile and the dedendum transition curve of an involute gear were deduced on the basis of constructing principle of tooth profile. The curves were exported into software MATLAB6.5 to realize the parameterized design of involute gears. The veracity of the equation and the feasibility of the parameter driving were tested and verified. The procedure of parameterized modeling with UG was given by an example.
