摘要
针对圆柱齿轮设计效率低下、三维建模步骤繁琐的问题,以VB为平台,根据齿轮设计方法编写程序开发了圆柱齿轮的尺寸设计模块;又通过在So1idWorks中建立数学模型,调用So1idWorks的API函数,完成了圆柱齿轮三维参数化造型模块的设计,实现了输入齿轮基本条件即可得到圆柱齿轮的尺寸及其三维参数化模型的功能,适应了齿轮传动设计的发展趋势。
In light of the low efficiency in cylindrical gear design and modeling, a cylindrical gear design module on the platform of VB is developed, and a three-dimensional parametric modeling module for cylindrical gear is designed by building a mathematical model in SolidWorks and calling API functions in SolidWorks. With the completed modules, the sizes and 3D parametric model of a cylindrical gear can be obtained by inputting the basic parameters of gear.
