摘要
针对快速液压机存在压力加载延迟的问题,提出了在液压系统中采用高位充液油箱和更换液控单向阀为大通径充液阀的改进方案。利用AMESim对改进前、后的系统进行建模并仿真,通过分析改进前、后液压缸的行程、压力变化曲线和充液阀、液控单向阀的流量曲线,证实了改进方案能较好地改善液压机压力加载性能,提高工作效率。
In light of loading delay existing in a fast hydraulic press, an improvement program for hydraulic system was put forward, in which a high-level filling oil tank was adopted and the hydro-control check valve was replaced by a larger-diameter charging valve. The models of the hydraulic system before and after reform were set up and simulated by using AMESim. The stroke and pressure curves of hydraulic cylinder, the flow curves of charging valve and hydro-control check valve were analyzed for contrast between the two programs. The result shows the latter one is better than the former in aspect of improving the load performance and working efficiency of hydraulic press.
